We act as a facilitator and service coordinator, not the direct provider of all trade services.

While we work with trusted professionals:
• Contractors operate independently.
• Work quality and warranties are provided by the contractor performing the work.
• We are not liable for delays or issues caused by third-party contractors outside our control.
We will always assist in resolving any issues where possible.
5. Payments
Payment terms may vary depending on the service or contractor but may include:
• Deposits required before work begins
• Progress payments for larger projects
• Final payment due upon completion
Late payments may result in delays to services or additional fees.
6. Access to Property
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property for inspections and works.
You are responsible for:
• Providing correct property details
• Ensuring the work area is accessible and safe
• Advising of hazards or site restrictions
Delays due to lack of access may incur additional charges.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand plans change.
• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.
• Rescheduling may be subject to contractor availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian law:
SHOW Property Services is not liable for:
• Indirect or consequential loss
• Loss of profits or business interruption
• Delays caused by weather, supply shortages or contractor availability
Our total liability is limited to the value of the services arranged.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.
